1) How long will it take to dispatch my order?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 8 days from the receipt of payments. As most of the garments are hand crafted and due importance is given to the quality, designing and processing they may occasionally be in short supply at times. So please allow us unto 3-4 weeks for processing your order.

2) Is it safe to use my credit card for making payment for my orders?

Pagli believes in providing safe and secure online ordering from www.pagli.com. It's our policy not to share your private information such as your credit card no: telephone no: billings etc. Shopping on our site is 100% safe.

3) Payment options?

Pagli constantly tries to add new ways of making payment for items ordered at www.pagli.com. Now you can fax -Order any item from Pagli.com. (Click here to download form for payment ).We now accept only American express cards. Soon we'll also accept visa & master cards.

Pagli has also tied up with CCnow Inc, which is a US based payment gateway company for accepting credit cards. We accept Visa, Master, American Express, Discovery etc. With hassle free online ordering and easy to fill online order form, shopping at Pagli is easy.

We also accept payment by Bank draft/Cashier's Cheque, Pay order. International personal checks can take upto 4 weeks for clearance. We do not recommend this mode of payment unless you can wait till your cheque is cleared.

4) How will you dispatch the orders?

Every endevour is taken by Pagli to deliver the orders at the customer's doorstep. Pagli had tied up with leading international courier companies to deliver the products to the customers. Normally a product is delivered within 73-96 hours from the time of dispatch. However there might be delay in delivering depending upon the geographical location of the country and the local custom procedures.

5) How do I check the status of my order?

Pagli is constantly improving its field and ways of providing complete service to all its customers. Pagli provides the facility of online order status. Once we get an order, we will send you an order confirmation mail to the e-mail id provided by you in the registration form. On the day we dispatch your order we will mail you the Airway bill number which you can key in on the online order status location bar on the Courier company web site to get the latest status of the your order. **** P.s note that it would take a days time to feed in the initial status of your order( as per the notification of the courier company)****

6) Can I refund an item purchased from Pagli.com?

Each Pagli outfit ordered online is individually created, crafted and fit perfectly as per the customer's requirements. Pagli believes that all the customers who order online are aware that the colour seen on the monitor differs slightly from the colour of the actual product due to various reasons. Pagli request all it customers to support it's "no Return, No exchange" policy. Pagli will not refund or exchange outfits ordered from www.pagli.com under any circumstances.

7) Is it possible to buy pagli's designer collection which are not featured on the website?

Yes.Pagli has introduced a unique ordering system ("Special Request"), whereby you can order outfits which are not featured on www.pagli.com . All you have to do is that register your self with us (click here for registration form) by filling in all the necessary field. Type in the necessary details of the outfit you are looking for i.e. colour,occasion,price range etc).On receiving the necessary information from you Pagli will mail few images of the outfits on the e-mail id provided by you. This unique page will feature the images,description,weight, price and add to cart. You can place an order directly from this unique page. This complete procedure will take about 2-3 working days.

8) Why should I register?

Pagli believes in enhancing the knowledge of its customer regarding fashion trends prevailing at Pagli.On registering we will mail timely newsletter about product launched by Pagli, trends prevailing, promotions etc occasional discounts if any at our store.

9) Do we have to dry wash the garments always?

All silk garments should be drycleaned.we suggest you to dry clean once all the outfits (except silk) ordered from Pagli.com and thereafter wash it with cold water.

10) What if I want to order a gift for someone?

We will be delighted to ship your order to a relative or a friend to anywhere in the world. Simply fill the address of a person to whom you want to send a gift in the space provided for shipping address
