2. Most of the countries do not charge custom duties/levies on items that are for personal use. As the nature off custom charges/levises at the destination country are not known by Pagli, it would be the sole responsibility of the customer. How ever, Pagli would be more than happy to minimize the duties wherever possible.

At Pagli every care is taken to ship gift-wrapped orders in proper condition to the destination, but however it may not reach the destination country in proper condition due to delivery procedures and customs procedures at the other end which may result in wear and tear of the gift wrapped orders.
