    1) Please make sure that all necessary information is correctly filled in the order form. Incomplete order forms cannot be processed.

    2) All payment should be made in US$/£ and payable to Pagli, at par in Mumbai (Bombay), India.

    3) All credit card payments must be authorized by the customer and the credit card company prior to shipment.

    4) There may be minor variations in the colour of the actual products as the process of photography and printing involves lot of transitions. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.

    5) Prices are inclusive of world wide Shipping, packing and handling charges.

    6) Fashion accessories shown are not a part of the garments.

    7) Custom duties, VAT and other levies imposed in the destination country are the responsibility of the customers. The prices do not include duties for any country.

    8) All items offered are subject to availibility at the time of placing of orders.

    9) Normal delivery will be two-three weeks depending upon the availability of garments. All transactions are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.

    10) Because most items are custom made, refunds or exchange cannot be possible.

    11) Due to the nature of the product, pagli.com. is not responsible for any slippage in colour of any garments, whether featured in this site, catalogue or otherwise. ALL GARMENTS TO BE DRY-CLEANED.

    12) Designs, Fabrics, prints, colours & sizes are subject to availability at the time of placing the order.

    13) All the instructions provided by the customer in the Measurement form will be considered final and the customization will be done accordingly.
